T-SAT (Inventory) Team Leaders

Hello everyone! I've been a T-SAT leader twice now (2023 and 2025) and will be doing it again this coming year. Obviously, things are ever-changing with the process as it is still fairly new to the company, and I know they take feedback from the leaders every year and use that to help improve the Zebra Inventory app and the overall process as our group's Senior Inventory Operations Analyst always pops in at one of the stores to spend time with us and get some feedback. Just wondering if anyone else has done it, and do you have any tips/tricks that make things easier for you and your team members? Anyone a current T-SAT leader and know what recent updates have come to the app and process? This is one of my favorite roles in the company and I look forward to it every year, and just want to better myself in any way I can from the previous years! Tips/tricks/organization ideas, or reports you use on the tablet would be appreciated!

With Inventory Operations Leaders becoming a role for many markets, I would expect a lot more ownership around UPH and accuracy as time goes on. The IOL role is being funded by savings generated through improving Inventory Operations. IOLs will be the owner for TSAT results and there are already Greenfield dashboards built out for this.

I'd recommend digging into the OD Dashboard under Key Reports, and there is also quite a few interesting cards/dashboards you can find just by looking up IOL or TSAT on GF.
