We get rude, angry, pissed off guests all the time in pharmacy...I'm pretty good at handling them, especially when they're trying to feed me a line of bs. I pretty much call them, out on it, but in a "matter-of-fact" kind of way. I rarely "lose my cool", at least in front of the guest...I sure as heck vent afterwards

Yes I did, someone tried to pay for $5 dollars in gas with a C note... Told them I couldn't break it for a purchase so small... so they yelled at me and I told them to "go to the goddamn bank across the street" (this was around 4:30pm, when said bank in question was still open)

Hah my boss has jokingly said "beat the mother****er over the head with a 2 by 4 and pin them down on the ground until the police finally get off their ass and get to the store"
