Our bts was horrible as I'm sure most was. However this year someone from district came to follow up. I'm not sure it will do any good we shall see

What is TeamVoice?

A new survey that will be distributed randomly to tms throughout the year. It is intended to gauge tm engagement etc more in the moment than BTS.

Main complaints.

-Stop giving me 24 hours, spread across 6 days. Either give me more hours, or condense that into 3 days of work.
-Clopening shifts shouldn't be a thing.
-Get some fucking functional equipment, and enough for everyone.
-Turn up the AC.
