We have this company called Truno come in to fix our self-checkout machines but I think that's because we have the Next Gen SCOs.

What other tech vendors come in to fix stuff? I remember it used to be compucom but they changed that a while ago.

We had a vendor in 239 come in to fix the one machine. I don’t know what vendor he works for. I also saw a vendor working on the SCO coin recycler because someone put a roll of coins in the machine without removing the paper. Not sure if they work for the same vendor as the 239 person.
My store just got the SCO in late September/ early October so they are new to us.

We had I think Stanley (the tool company I think) come to fix the doors.
