They were not easily removable. Also they had 6 inch 3x5 like ones as well. They might be sticker or have a vice clamp for the lable holder lip.

I remember going into Kohl's once a few years ago and seeing these on clothing racks, digital sale signs. I thought how easy it'd make the ad set go and price changes. Could all be done remotely and instantly. They seemed to be inside of a metal enclosure and mounted directly to the fixture. I'm sure Target could make one which slides into the end of the gondola shelf and is only removable by sliding it back off the end. It's take some investment up front but it'd get rid of at least a few team members jobs in the end. That seems to be their goal after announcing we'll all be getting at least $15.
