I'm wondering if I will get the same pay with my transfer? Will I have to negotiate?

You will have to negotiate.especially if your new area has a lower cost of living, even more so if your new store is low or ultra-low volume

You can let the new store know that you are global & willing to work in areas. Good chance, your pay will go with you, depending on the job. Apply on ehr for that store too.

I transferred as an APTL (same position at both stores). Kept my pay, benefits, etc. Transferring shouldn't change anything about your pay unless you are also changing workcenter when you transfer.

So as an update your pay does trasnfer with you no matter what. Your HR send the info to your new store and they just keep it in. My HR told me that there have been instances where the new store wants to lower the wage but it is up to current HR to negotiate.
