Ok I can’t take it anymore. I want to stay w Target but the nonsense at my store is too much. I deserve better.
What is the process I have to go thru to transfer to a different store?

You need your stores blessing. You need to find an opening. At the other store,I would have conversations with tms. You could be going from the frying pan to the fire. Ask about the new store leadership. Bad leadership will not have your back.

With 4 hiring events (3 scheduled and one with a tentative weekend) between now and October I’m sure a new store would be happy to take on a transfer, and your current store will be hiring anyway sooo..

But you will need your current store’s blessing to leave. They will have to be in contact with the new store anyway so you might as well get comfortable with that. If anyone at your current store has worked at a store or even support staffed there you’ll want to talk to them and see what they have to say. HR will know who has been to what store as support.
