Archived Transferring

I'm currently a team leader who's been with the company for 5 years. Clean attendance record, no performance issues, excellent reviews. I'm hoping to transfer from one store within the same state to another city in the same state. I'm going from a Super Target in one of the fastest growing cities in the country to another Target in one of the fastest growing cities in the country.

Would I be keeping my same pay and what is the transfer process like? Would I need to interview again?

Go on ehr look for jobs at that store. Then check out the store & see how mgt works with the team. Apply for the job. You will keep the pay. You might have to sell yourself to the new stl or etl hr, saying you are global &'ready to work by a certain date. You will have to ask your current hr or etl about transferring. Sometimes, your current stl will not let you go & make your current job very hard for you. I think you located are near my store.
