If someone transferred to a different store but they want to come back to there old store can they do that or do they have to wait 6 months to fully transfer back???

This would be case by case. Technically, there's not much of a limit to transferring a TM in terms of minimum time. However, the real issue is whether the original store needs the TM back/has a position available. In all likelihood you'd need to talk to your HR to find out what options you have.

Having a good reason to go back also helps, not just "I don't like it here"
