Archived Tuition Reimbursement

This year I'll be starting university, and I'll be a commuter student so I'll still be working as much as I can. I understand that Target will only reimburse classes that are related to your job (correct me if I'm wrong). As a cashier/guest service team member am I eligible for tuition reimbursement? I'm a pre-business student, so I think my classes will relate to target. Any and all advice and information on reimbursement would be appreciated!

Only team leads and up get tuition reimbursement from Target. Maybe if they offered it to normal TMs taking business courses they’d actually manage to keep some talent that knows how to get stuff done the Target way.

Meant leads to but was using old terms since not everyone is on the pilot

Another gstm coworker and I were told by our ETL-HR that we may be eligible during a convo about school... she had me looking all over ehr and got us all excited just to find out we had to be TLs. Good luck this school year though!
