I was checking for next week schedule and I found I'm on the unscheduled list anyone know what that means?

It can happen. I've been on the unscheduled list several times in my 3 years with Spot, usually in February and March. I have limited availability and it just didn't line up with the store's needs those weeks. If you're really worried about it, go talk to your TL or HR.

The same thing has been happening to me, so I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one. I've been on the unscheduled list a few times recently. My availability is also pretty limited (Target is a second job for me), and I know that hours are hard to come by at the beginning of the year, but hopefully things will pick up soon!

Uh, handbook says you must be scheduled at least 4 hours a week at a minimum.

Verify with your TL and schedule maker. Pick up shifts if you can.
