Well I'm not actually a team member with target. I joined when I was going through the ETL interview process. I declined the position and accepted another position. I stayed because my husband was going through the group leader interview process. This site had been very helpful on understanding target and getting us through the interview process.
I'm still contributing to posts because I see a lot of questions with general labor laws, manager ethics and HR questions. Having so much experience in the field I think I could contribute to the conversation.
