That "average hours" number you see in the vacation request area, how does Target get to that number? Average over a calender month? 4 weeks rolling? Something else?

Another dumb question: when you use vacation hours, do they get included in your average hour calculation? For example, if I'm scheduled to work 21 hours and use 9 vacation or PH hours, will the average hours calculator count that as 30 hours for that week?
