I've been looking for another job recently to get out of the hell Target has become. I had an interview today for a job that is more focused on reports and spreadsheets then pulls, cashiering and bs. Problem is that it is a cut in pay. I think I'd be able to manage everything financially even with the cut, but I'm still wondering if I should hold out for something of equal pay.

I'm curious as to what opinions are out there on this.
What would you do?

Cut in hourly pay but will you get more regular hours and what is the advancement like?
Will you get regular raises so that it will soon match what you are currently making and pass it?

You have to take these things into account.

If those aren't the case, take a look at your finances.
Can you afford the hit?
Is the savings to your sanity worth it?

It's a full time schedule with about the same benefits as I'm getting now with no weekends and holidays. Plus my sanity. I do like the idea of keeping Target as a part time for just some extra cash though.
