Hello everyone, I have been with Target for almost 4 years but I am new to these forums. The other day our STL's boss was coming down to spend the whole day with our store. We are a overnight store and I work logistics. Just so happens the night before we had a double 2300/1900. Unload began at 10:30 and was finished with unload at around 12:10, and we're slightly understaffed. Everything was done by 7-7:30 except for a few carts in A. So our vibe score is good, we have a excellent back room, unload/stock process was great and best team survey was one of the best in the district. However, during the visit the guy acted as if we were "cheating" or something. He obviously wasn't happy and seemed like he was looking for problems. I'm a paranoid person and was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience because I'm feeling like he's out to get at the store... like I said, paranoid.
