Listen. Couldn't have said it better myself. Listen to people who've been here and seen the damage this
Stepford type leadership has done. It's not a bad thing for your people to talk and offer their input. I hope this guy doesn't suck as bad as Steinhafel. I hope Target can transition back into what it used to be, like when you were proud to work there.

Management style depends more on the person than it does on where they came from (on from where they came?). That said, I still have more faith in an internal over an external.
