Hi all I been here for 6 months at target its a pretty busy state but we have a bunch of people that don't do all there work when its time to zone the freezers then I got to pick up the pace or do there work can't do all my work cause got to do there's then at the end they talk behind my back or bully me in getting really stressed I have a 13 month old and wife plus work 38 to 40 a week

Ya I have told them many times its like they don't listen so then they just put me on carts so I don't have to deal with Co workers

A team lead also lets this go on or he starts saying stuff to just start stuff

Welcome. If you feel the TL is not rectifying the problem, follow the chain of command and go to the ETL. Until a resolution your comfortable with is reached, do that.
