I just recently got hired at Target as a presentation team member and I want to know what I should expect at orientation. Is most of my time going to be spent discussing company policies or am I actually going to be out on the floor doing stuff? All I know is that I'm going to be in for some very early morning shifts and some late night shifts so I'd like to know really what I'm getting myself into.

Nothing you do during orientation resembles anything you'll be doing on a regular day. You'll learn some basic rules and expectations and get a tour of the store.

Should have come to the orientations I do . I feed my new team members lol.
