All work must be paid for unless you are exempt status. If any of the Executive Team Leads are forcing you to work off the clock you are legally required to call the State labor department and/or Target Corp.
If your scheduled to close, and expected to stay afterhours to zone and finish reshop, you stay on the clock until you start to walk out and head home. If they are making you clock out before you leave, then you can report your store to your state's labor board and Corp.
I've seen people sitting in clerical after they've clocked out. Not sure if it was because of compliance and waiting for someone to walk out with or what. Sometimes the LOD tell everyone to come up, everyone clocks out, and then they wait for him/her to do whatever.
