Where can I find the contact information of my Interviewer? I want to send a thank-you letter

As @StaticSun says, that's something that doesn't happen these days.
Which is exactly why you should send a note - it'll make you stand out. If you send it by snail mail, you can send it to the store address with "ATTN: name" on the envelope. If you send it by email, that might be trickier - don't know if it would all go to corporate and then they pass along comments about whatever to the store.
However you send it, get someone else or a couple of someone elses to read it and make sure there are no typos, grammatical errors, etc. You want to stand out, but not for the wrong reasons.
