Where Is the "Leader Check-In Conversation Survey"?

TL;DR: Can anybody tell me, step-by-step, how to get to the "check-ins or conversations" survey?

A few days ago, my personal email got a message from Target urging me to complete a survey about "check-ins or conversations with your immediate leader". The survey is "available now on your Workday homepage".

During a couple of shifts I've looked for it using the Workday app on my Zebra, and on a PC in the TSC, but I couldn't find it. I did find another message telling me to complete the survey, but no survey itself.

Can anybody navigate me to this thing?

Is it a new kind of survey for after a TM's annual review?

I haven't had my annual review, yet. Is that why I can't find it?

Tuesday, April 14:

Got another email about it today.

While at work I looked for it using a PC in the TSC, but I couldn't find it.

I asked our HR Expert, but she couldn't find it either.

She asked an ETL. That ETL (not our HR ETL) said the survey would be available to me after my annual review.

Having my doubts.

Should be on your tasks or notifications I cant remember exactly which one but one of the pop-ups on the workday homepage

We couldn't find it either. There's nothing in Tasks and no link in the notification in WorkDay. Guess they don't actually want any feedback on this! 🤷🏻‍♀️
