Yes i am positive there are others who have not enrolled in medpass. It is not legal for them to fire me without talking to me or hearing my side especially when it has nothing to do with the job
Actually a lot of states have "at will" employment, so it is perfectly legal for them to let you go for ALMOST any reason.
As long as they didn't let you go due to race, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected category, they're in the clear.
However, you might be eligible for unemployment benefits unless they can prove misconduct on your part.
