Why am I being scheduled in a different area?

I’m DBO for baby and I’ve been scheduled in HBA a lot for the next 2 weeks. Why am I being scheduled in HBA?

When you are interviewed, you are asked if you are willing to cross-train and work in other areas.

Is the HBA DBO going on leave or taking vacation time? Someone still has to do that area when the DBO is away. Maybe just ask your TL?

And as @checklane01 said, HBA and Baby are both General Merch. If they were moving you to market, that would be a different story, but even here they might ask someone from General Merch to fill in for dry grocery every once in a while.

Yeah beauty is specialty, HBA is gm. Even though the B in HBA technically stands for beauty, it’s really a separate area.
