This still happens, though it might have changed in frequency while stores work through the "challenges" of modernization

 

[Fix It]

Only speaking for my area they’ve either fired them or purposefully made it as tough as possible to force them in to quitting but won’t rotate SD’s. It’s actually helped build better working relationships with leadership where I am. With how many leaders that are quitting or getting fired I think mass rotation of SDs would just create too much shakiness.

We still rotate SDs in my district. It’s definitely not as often but they move a ton of people around when half the SDs in my district quit from modernization lol
