Will I be fired for this?

I’ve been here for over a month and have called out 3 times. I have bad anxiety. What will happen? Should I Email my HR?

you should be fine. the absence is waived due to pandemic. i know people who just dont show up nd they put them on a LOA. but you can email or call hr and tell them you are not comfortable working right now.

Just give them a call, things are rough out there now. You should be ok.

You keep posting variations on the same questions. Have a discussion with your ETL-HR. Only they can answer your questions and possibly make accommodations for your anxiety.

Any time I see a " could I get fired?" My automatic response is YES. If you have to ask then you already feel like you know the answer just want clarification js

If someone in management doesn't like your shoes you can get fired. They will find a way to performance you out. It doesn't happen too frequently but the potential exists. I knew someone who was quite well off with educational achievements that were outstanding and they were "relieved of their duties" for virtually no reason. Try BS, MS and PhD.

Attendance is the easiest way for you to get fired NO MATTER THE REASON.
