With Target moving to BCBS does anyone know if gender affirming care will be as good?

Long title, sorry.

I was very excited to read about how Healthcare United's plan with Target was very inclusive and that many trans people were getting some surgeries typically denied that aren't strictly legally required or standardized. Basically any procedure other than HRT or SRS.

I went to inquire more about this and everyone told me they've moved to BCBS and I am quite upset to say the least, because it raised my hopes to an unreasonable degree :L

I've done everything to search and google Target's current list of things as well as BCBS's stuff in the past but hardly found anything useful or conclusive as of this new plan. If anyone could search their benefits booklet/pdf for me and find out the list of things covered and explicitly excluded, that would be great. I'm afraid I'll have to pay for an unnecessary degree of therapy to build the paper trail to show it is totally medically necessary, because I have intense gender dysphoria and body dysmorphia. Like, I have been told I am the worst some people have heard/met and the things I say/think about my body make people that care about me sad. Look, it's bad, you get it.

I'm just wondering how easily BCBS will be to work with. Unfortunately, I had them through a different employer before and our coverage was expensive and nearly useless. For instance, even with insurance an ambulance ride was like 500 dollars and to see a "specialist" (anyone not your GP/PCP 🙄) was like 250 dollars! Basically just never used it. Was stuck paying for it though, because it's better to have trash insurance than no insurance, I guess. I also don't believe I've ever known anyone that's talked fondly about their experiences with BCBS. It's basically expensive and useless despite the cost ime and in the opinions of others. I think even their healthcare . gov marketplace plans are among the cheapest and most useless with their anthem options but I haven't looked in a while.

If anyone can dig up their current hand book to use as an example I'd appreciate it.

New plan goes into force next month so you'll have to wait until then to see what their offerings for trans care include.
For your sake I hope the level is at least the same.
