Archived Work Day App Issues

Has anyone had the opportunityto work with Work Day to document conversation with under performing team members or those with poor attendance. It’s not very user friendly, and I’ve been trying to document things for a few weeks now with no luck & no one who really know how to use it either. Any advice would be appreciated.

Its actually very simple. You login to Workday>Click Team Performance>search TM name>Select performance improvement plan (for pdd)>select start and end date, these dates can be the day of your pdd> that brings you to summary editor, and you can type what issues TM is having and your suggestions for improvement. Then you click submit.
