Would Target use their phone to call if I were chosen to be hired after an interview, or would they use a different type of number?

Hello, today I had my in-person interview and was told that I should expect their decision in a few hours by phone, email, or text, but it's been over 6 hours. I did receive a call, but it was marked as spam. It didn't leave a voicemail or anything. I received a phone call for my first interview, which was online, and was told to go in person. When I looked up the number, it came from Target, but they didn't leave a voicemail either, and I called them back. For my new in-person interview, I spoke with a different person, so should I be looking for the same number previously or a new one?

It should come from the store. Unfortunately things can happen that cause unexpected delays, so be patient. Good luck!

Thank you,

So it would be the same number previously, even though I spoke with a different person? Also, would it be wise to send a thank-you letter to my Interviewer on the same day? I'm trying to find their contact information, but can't find it. Is it somewhere on the website? I'm all new to this because this would be my first job if hired and I really don't want to mess this up and have the best chances.

Thanks
