All good! CRC Error moving to a non-scored metric is more in line with the Vibe and common sense really. Guest has a receipt for that TV but no box? Yeah I'm gonna go ahead and accept that return, error or not.

BRLA % is a more useful stat to measure as far as shortage goes.

Seasonality in the markdown process is something im unsure of. Sounds good but I guess we'll have to see how it plays out. I imagine the new "i-buttons" will be similar to those now on cosmetics shortage indicator.

Pretty much hit everything...since were on the subject of changes...what about APzone?? I cant pull TM pull reports anymore... which were usefull..and that new countupdate tool is ehhh

I like the count update report since its more integrated. Haven't seen any problems with TM pull report
