    hey, i just got my review (TL) and i just wanted to see hows everyone percentage was based on this new scoring system. i recevied Delievered Exceptional Outcome (DEO) and earned a 6% raise. i also delievered my teams review as well and the TPS earned the middle one (ill edit once i remeber)...

    Here's what you do for discontinued gift cards. You can just toss them. It doesn't get inventory so no real shortage is created if you don't defective them out. You will just be wasting your time if you defective them out.

    Yup. I just did inventory a few days ago. Discontinued gift cards can be toss. You don't need to defective them out or anything.
