We weren’t low volume either. At least 10 were in ship all day.I think my store would crumble with 13, we have about 40 and it's still not enough. Especially now that SFS uses about 8

Very few settings can be adjusted. Only accessibility ones, which are easy to undo in said app.The case might be the issue., Ck & see if the my device is up to date on software. Also, some tm’s decide to play on certain settings on a my device.

We have this happen sometimes too, and just place the device in the charging cradle to turn it back on

After so many times of changing batteries, the contacts can wear down so we leave the battery in the device when charging it in the cradle.

Although this work at times, it's only temporary before you have to do this another 5 times during the day. Such a pain.
They charge the store $800 per device later under some account. I haven't received any yet, but I'm also trying to just get us back to allocation.
