"Work" insoles are the worst ones.. they are made for office dress shoes... I just started wearing those new ones dr.scholls came out with (they have little massage bumps all over the top and bottom has shock absorbers)..these are pretty awesome a bit of $$ but worth it
Yearly raises and promotions is only way to get more money and they only give you a scaled raise..I have heard of people getting huge raises to be a lead but at like the worst store locations and its so bad that even with that big boost in pay they quit within months... yearly raises is...
I just love how nobody told backroom TL or backroom team.. luckily there was 1 and yes I mean only 1 person who knew about it ..thank god that plano tm decided to pick up a shift that night
Obviously I'm blowing it up but I know if my management could give me overtime they would have me working almost non-stop.. they get mad when I leave even when I worked 10-12 hours
I can't even trust the website for my schedule.. freaking gave me 2 options for shifts for today??? Ooooo do I pick this 8 hour shift time frame or option 2 of 8 hour shifted an hour later then first option?.. guess its time target rolled out that new program where we just have life pods in...
After this year I wouldn't be surprised if banking industry has enough with target and is like "you will have to wait 1 week on payroll checks to clear"
I'm not worried about overdraft fee I would of seen that already.. I'm worried about "service fees" the banks like to throw on at the end of my statement for "handling" this transaction
Well in a way I did.. we get paid already a week into next pay period and in my case I worked that same amount of hours I earned on the paycheck they did twice .. like I said they could of just deducted it from my next paycheck but whatever
Sorry nobody gets "fired" they "choose another career path" or something else more PC.. but you know if they leave of their own choosing you hear every detail about where they going and etc. WHEN they are fired all the leads are like "we can't talk about it"
I would have to say the STL who said to me "You think your leaders have to do work? Get out of my office while I decide your future with company" and before I could report it or anything the next day big wigs come in and fire him for well being a bad store manager and the new temporary...
I didn't see this but I overheard my (very large and very ugly) lead having anal with her bf in her private office as I was waiting to talk to HR.. but I mentally picture it everytime she bent over (picking up boxes and stuff) for the 2 more weeks she worked for company
Your not suppose to type in numbers because the team member number could be an old employee... they keep you in system.. many people who left company came back after years of not working and their numbers are still the same and plus someone (not a target employee) could be using a number they...
