Hello it has been a while, I have a slight issue with my new HR ETL so I was wondering if it is it unethical if the HR ETL directly tells you theres a Corrective Action "on the way" for attendance?
i twisted my ankle while doing a order pick up for a guest on Saturday and reported it to HR/TL as soon as i could, and let the closing ETL on Saturday know that it could be a possibility that i may call out on Sunday (my next shift) due to being unable to put weight on my ankle for longer...

oh i see. i threw away the gift card after i used it so i definitely do not plan to reuse it sooo. i guess i will be more aware from this point forward
honestly i was purchasing some items as a gift and some for myself so i was not aware. but i am the one who purchased the card so thats why i was freaking out quite a bit. it was about 50-60 bucks not a ridiculously large amount so i am not sure if that helps my case or anything of the sort.
