MODERATED AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA)

Sadly no. The law allows the employer to request recertification at a maximum of every six months, and they may request up to three opinions in some cases (second and third at employer expense with a state doctor).

Archived Ever found out a coworker led a secret life?

Had a girl in one of my stores who was a cosplaying web cam girl. One newly hired electronics guys recognized her. It was mega awkward when he introduced himself as one of her biggest donors, and thought she'd be interested in him. Another store, my biggest manliest guy on the flow team...

    MEGATHREAD 2018-2019 Store Modernization Megathread

Perth Amboy the new DC is NJ is the only one fully on this. However, they serve mainly flex format stores on the east coat. The Fridley DC in MN was the original pilot, they built out a section of their building to try this with 1 store. They've expanded a bit but not much. From a DC lvl we've...

    Archived AE18 predictions

Feel free to believe who you want. I'll just say this (and not to get into a pissing contest), I'm a bit higher up the HR org chart, so imma trust myself.

Since as a HR you're liking to act like you have the facts, that number is wrong. My market college onboards make $50-52k. Our last experienced onboard came on at $60k. Now, stop picking on the VML. We all run our mouths on here because "we know" more.

Archived Now don't you all apply at once

IGS stores don't even get a "Service Desk" work center, so you have to ensure you have a trained TM available. It's a pain in the butt.

PMTs have "store support" hours they have to use based on volume. Spot even tells the STL/LOG that pushing truck, pulls, and pushing carts are suggested tasks.

    Archived End of IGS?

IGS was a Greg thing. He hated the "waste" of payroll that is a service desk, so if we can absorb that into the regular cash grid, it's a win. Have to remember, "back in the day" we were very anti self-check because it took away part of our touch point with the guest, and OPU wasn't on anyone's...

    Archived Cartwheel in Target App

Went shopping today for Christmas throughout a AA+ Super. Two full carts (good mix of products), only 3 deals total (2 were coupons), and no "similar offers" for the products not on there. I've heard the complaints from a number of guests too.

    Archived Cartwheel in Target App

Is it just me, or has cartwheel gone downhill since it was integrated into the Target app? I feel like the quantity and quality of deals is worse. I've thought it's been horrible, and almost not worth using.

    Archived Quick Question

Except you are obligated to mail it per best practice, and employment law. If I remember correctly, you have to mail it the Wednesday after the pay Friday. Deposit stubs do not have to be mailed.

    Archived disclosure

Target doesn't verify employment. We utilize a third party called The Work Number. You can request the information yourself too. They will verify dates, job title, wage, and simply if you're actively employed or not.

Archived ETL-AP apprehended for $115000 gift card scheme.

We had an ETL here who was very willing to close the registers on the regular. Come to find out he was flipping real bills out for fakes because he knew how our insurance covered it. He was married to an ETL at another store too.

    Archived Question about application

The PAT test is gone completely. I wouldnt call more than once, if at all.

Archived Possible topics at Fall National Meeting

This is exactly how we ran back in the 90's I believe. That was just before my time, but I always heard there was a Store Manager, and two Assistants. They had roughly 10-15 TLs in a typical store though.
