So since the start of this change over at the new year I have not accrued any new vacation time even though I'm under the payout cap. Is it true I have to use all of the remaining hours in the payout before I accrue new vacation hours?

Are they new in role, why wouldn't they just use the old uniform?

I've seen a lot of push from spot to use our personal phones as part of our job, ie cartwheel, target.com, surveys. Personally I'm of the mind that if spot wants me to use my personal phone then spot can pay my phone bill. I refuse to use mine for work.

Is holiday pay on easter a thing? I can't remember last year

Every day I stand in the front for hours on end, and every day I have a headache from the plastic carts banging when people take them from the row. I've actually thought about wearing earplugs but as Ap not sure that would be acceptable. Am I alone in this struggle?

Definitely happens and it absolutely depends on the store and the ETL. One of my old etl-aps made sure it happened to every internal that was arrestable, my current etl has not done a single one. It can also depend on the layout of the store, usually if arrested they'll get taken out the tsc...
