Today, I had a lady come in and want to buy 60 giftcards for $9.99 each. I said whatever because of the just say yes and then shes tries to give me giftcards in order to pay for them. Thats when I said no, and she starts to complain that she can and to call a manager. Spineless ETL AP comes up...

We just keep ours in the locked drawer at GS. I go through them when I get bored to see if there's any that have been in there longer than 30 days, if so, I take them to HR so they can use them for donations.

Starting this week, our cart attendants found out that they would be totally cut from the schedule for the next 2 weeks. Not a cut of hours but totally removed from the schedule after they have been made. I guess there was way too much spending at our store/district and which lead to this...

I have one, and it has replaced my target debit. I never shop for much, so I will just add up the amount of what im buying before and reload the card right before I make my purchase. Its much easier to maintain than the debit. No waiting 3-4 days for purchases to appear and same with returns...

Has anyone else noticed issues with looking up electronics items using receipt lookup? Was there a RedWire notification that I've missed? Have had a few guests now who know they paid for something in electronics with the card they give me and within the holiday return period for electronics...

Anybody else notice that when doing a return the register will not prompt you anymore asking if you want to print a rain check if the guest bought it on sale and it no longer is? I've noticed it for the last couple months or so. I found that pretty helpful in case the guess just wanted to return...

We only let the initial crowd in through the single person door when we first open. The door used to let team members in early before the store is opened. Keeps everything much more organized and controlled.
