I hope this is something that other stores start too. My store never has TLOD shifts anymore. It really helped with promoting.

Hate to derail the thread, but what kind of raises can one expect as a TL in a large store with medium-high cost of living? Sorry, was promoted right after reviews so I'm not sure what to expect.

I wonder if any stores have just changed their location lettering, to get rid of this problem. Instead E, G, and P blocks being next to each other, just rename them and tie them to A, B, C blocks. Doesn't seem like it should be too difficult with tying on a PDA (sflm) and some extra aisle signs...
