So I'm shopping at my local target and noticed half the Halloween shelves are either empty or 30% off clarence. Is anyone else getting ready for Christmas in the seasonal area?
So with the reduction of hours everyone is seeing, do you think they would hire a seasonal TM to work one day a week? Or would they want full availability only to be scheduled one day?
I found my Target TM bame badge that they never took back when I left earlier this year. Might dress up as a team member for halloween. Unrealistic expectations, reduced hours, leaders who don't stand up for you, lack of training... I feel like all this is some scary stuff
My local store had the new brand of water on the shelf exactly where MP was. Instead of doing a whole reset they just ripped the MP label of the pog strip off. There is no price listed on the shelf but they have it iit for guests
Just stopped by my local store. They seem to be keeping up well, especially since all of Halloween appears to be set with nearly full shelves. Then I saw this mother's day backer or whatever it's called up in stationary. The Target I do my shopping at already has the new one up that comes after...
I'm more surprised that your truck is finished by 10am. When I started in January we had a solid unload team. When I left last month it was pretty much a completely different group of people and often times took over 2 hours
There was more toys clarence. 3 towers In the middle of the race track. And also the Mother's Day Focal still set. Not like mother's day was months ago or anything
Before I left there was a day when we got about 15 hours of BTS push but only had people schedules for maybe 10 hours. Where do those 5 additional hours come from?
In also walking through a different Target right now and it's a complete shitshow. College isnt set. Paper clarence is marked down...
I went back to check out my store since I've been gone for a week and a half. It has fallen apart even more than what it was when I left. Need binders? Dig through the pile on the shelf. Need an item in the big yellow shippers? Take a look through all the crap that's been tossed in different...
My store was remodeled late last year. Then they decided they didn't like the beauty section and redid that again earlier this year. Instead of paying to redo an entire section of the store, why couldn't those funds be used to pay for more hours and get everything pushed and zoned
Sorry if this has been asked somewhere. The shampoo I use is 30% off clarence online but full price in store. I want to order online but delivery, pick up and drive up are all unavailable even though it's in stock at all nearby locations. Can stores price match an online clearance item in this...
Today was my last day. At least 3 other TMs had their last day this week as well. I made it out just in time as there is so much BTS piling up in the back. We receive anywhere from 6-20+ hours of BTS push per truck but never get that many hours. Plus it takes longer because there are so many...
