The salary offered for an ETL position is also affected by the location of your store. I know that ETLs in my district were offered $62K last year, and this year, they'll be offering $60K.

My store, including myself, has three part time HRTMs. Our hours have been about 20 for the THREE of us. Luckily, we are cross trained in other departments like cash office, softlines, operator, etc. to help with our hours.

HR will make sure to approve all of the punch corrections before payroll is done, which is this Monday. Your ET-L might notice this and ask you to leave three hours early to avoid OT.
