Didn't wally whirled have phones by the check lanes that customers could pick up and directly be connected to Bentonville if there were more than 3 in line???? Now wouldn't that be crazy if we had hotlines direct to Minny if there were more than 3 in line???

One Sunday night recently. we didn't do any zone, just pulls which were completed as the last announcement went out at 10:00 indicating the store was closed and then did some reshop.... we left the store at 11:30 and had we been required to zone, we would have been there til 1:30 or 2 a.m.

I work in a SuperTarget and we generally have 3 closers in hardlines except for some Sundays when myTime thinks we should only have 2 closers in hardlines... but usually there is a call in somewhere and most nights we have 2 closers in hardlines due to moving folks to grocery etc.... but in all...

At my store for closing, everyone stays until we are all ready to go even the cashiers have to stay to do reshop. I keep telling my LOD's that I wish I could clone myself to be able to handle the pulls, the zone, the reshop, and the kazillion calls for fast service.. it really gets frustrating.

I tell new TM's to not even bother putting the chairs back on the shelves until the store closes....

Spray Paint....the bedding products would get some color Live Pets.... glad we do not carry those... I could just see trying to catch some dollar fish that did not want to be netted a minute before closing time... I wish we carried:Blue Buffalo dog food in addition to the products we carry...

Ditto with my store... Morale is low.... keep hearing about how payroll is stretched as thin as can be....but the store seems busier than ever with guests... BTS has been a nightmare.... I DREAD Christmas season this year...

Most towels can be folded easily... not the Nate Berkus line though...
