our store is capped at 150 right now. Today I think we had 80 orders with 3 people, one working 8-3, 10-2:30, and 9:30-5. I litterally just packed for my whole shift, honestly I enjoy it. i worked the 10-2:30 shift.

As AP I enjoy finding a reason to call PD. Just makes the night go faster, and well I always try and keep the team members safe. Always tell them to call me if they feel uncomfortable with a guest.

If our front lanes are super busy sometimes GS will radio over to have a few guests sent their way to help out. Besides the lack of communication at my store, my team rocks.

We have an intern, whom is paid, that is doing a good job. I showed him a little of the AP side trying to keep merch protected and counts. I have seen him jump on the registers when the GSTL asked for someone to come up so atleast he has drive. So for me I would say he is doing a good job.
