    They are. My STL gave me as much info as she could, basically the VM role will be more important than ever and we will essentially act as BPs in the stores. Which means all the crappy VMs, who do nothing and just walk around all day, will cease to be employed by Target.

    All of the TLs are in a group message. It’s a constant stream of texts. I have it on do not disturb, but I get at least 30 texts a day from it 🙄

    We’re literally 200 hours over on payroll. They have pulled everyone into SFS. I’m still just trucking along with my amplified gifting. No signing tm to build that shipper or put the toppers up. I’m already at 30 hours for the week. It’s a total disaster.

    It’s paid time off so you can be with your family without having to worry about missing a paycheck. Idk about you but missing days off from work puts a huge dent in money to live off and pay bills.
