They are. My STL gave me as much info as she could, basically the VM role will be more important than ever and we will essentially act as BPs in the stores. Which means all the crappy VMs, who do nothing and just walk around all day, will cease to be employed by Target.

What are your sources? How are VMs gone when merchandising is one of the top three focuses for the company?

All of the TLs are in a group message. It’s a constant stream of texts. I have it on do not disturb, but I get at least 30 texts a day from it 🙄

I’m just going to do a final talk with her about how I do not have to put up with her constantly calling me. She does it to every TL in the building. Even my ETL is starting to get annoyed by her constant nagging. If it doesn’t stop, I will be contacting my DTL

I’ve thought about reporting it but she is like a freaking superstar in our district and I feel like she will come up with a way to fire me if I do report it. She’s tried to do it before to TMs

Easier said than done. I’ve gotten 3 calls and 5 texts in a row. If you don’t answer, she won’t stop. And also she talks shit about you and tells others what a crappy leader you are

I make $16 right now. I’m really hoping to be at $19 with this coming up review. I’ve been doing the job of two team leads and I feel like I’ve earned at least a little something🤷🏼‍♀️

With the team leaders getting paid $15/hr in the near future, what will happen with the team leader pay? My store is saying that the team leaders are to step it up and be doing the work of an ETL, and if that’s the case, I’m not doing 3x the work of say...a cart attendant...and making about a...

Curious to know who writes the VMGs and POGs. Definitely seems like something I would be interested in doing. I asked my ETLs and they don’t really know anything about it.

We’re literally 200 hours over on payroll. They have pulled everyone into SFS. I’m still just trucking along with my amplified gifting. No signing tm to build that shipper or put the toppers up. I’m already at 30 hours for the week. It’s a total disaster.

My leaders think the majority of those 25 hours is spent building the white fixtures. 🤦🏼‍♀️

That’s the plan. It just makes me sick to know that when this fails (because it will) I will be the one that gets the blame.

Has anyone else been giving the task of setting Amplified Gifting by themselves? This is the 2nd year I’ve been given essentially no help. One day I had one person who pushed one flat of product. But that’s it. I’m panicking over how I’m going to get this done.

It’s paid time off so you can be with your family without having to worry about missing a paycheck. Idk about you but missing days off from work puts a huge dent in money to live off and pay bills.
