i don't condone it, as a matter a fact, I get pissed when i find stuff (and it happens a LOT) not spider wrapped out on the floor. It gets stolen, it comes out of my hours, pretty much. I'm just saying there are those type of people that will do it...

i always tell new TM's there are no dumb questions. I'm sure it varies from store to store and from the people you work with, but i'm always happy to help newbies (and I always get in trouble when I do, but don't care). Not just in a specific work center. No Siree. They stripped off my "Trainer"...

oh, and i'm the ONLY one my TL is on flies like shit about punching IN on time for lunches, we have 4 other TMs and they all have been 2,4, 5 minutes late, but I'm the only one that has been talked to.... seriously? Sometimes they stand there waiting....

yesterday, they coached a woman that has been working for target for a looooong looooong time (she still HAD a hudsons card) for (supposedly) marking a box wrong............ seriously, they are out for blood.

THEY TRIED TO DO IT TO ME AGAIN YESTERDAY! Again they tried telling me I was punching in late (.04) on three different occasions... so I went and printed out my schedule/Punches off EHR right away and NOPE no late punches ... WTF are they trying to do to me here?

i'd be careful with taking the straws from FA or SB ... we had people get fired over stuff like that.... just saying

funny thing is... I had someone check the dates i was written up for, and I WAS NOT late, and ONE I left early because it was the day before I had to leave for the funeral. So there weren't three lates.... at all. This had to go through 1 ETL, 1 TL and the HR person, and not ONE of them checked...

LOL Ours have even attempted to set sales planners when times have been tough hour wise, and those turned into major disaster...I guess they should get an "E" not for Exellence but for "Effort". What really ticks me off is when they send flow team home, but not one entire dept is completely...
