my store had 22 lanes and we were a greatland. when we changed to pfresh we went down to 18.

i could see my store trying to do this. but i believe it is not best practice. like they can help non mobile guests. and ring. but that's about it. they can't cover any breaks i believe.

i was talking about full sized mannequins. they have runways and are in rtw, mens, girls, boys and infants. we were told we were 1 of 2 stores in our region to get them.

at my store, the tlod is responsible for the break, ensuring they are taken on time and within compliance rules. they also have to ensure all the audits like pcv and suspect date audit are completed. lastly we have to stay on top of pulls and stray and ensure they are being worked in a timely...

If you work 7 hours or more you get 2 15 minute breaks and a 30 min meal. At our store they take their 30 minute at 8 am and then they take there two 15s together at 1030.

So at my store we have 5 sales floor team leaders. 2 of those are Senior Team Leads. I'm one of the 3 that isn't. Currently our senior team leaders never take TLOD so it's left to either myself or the two other sales floor team leaders. So because of rotation I pretty much have to take TLOD...
