I was terminated for something that Target is having a rough time proving at the moment. My question is what information can Target give potential employers if they were to call? Can Target tell them you were terminated and the cause of it?
If you think the company treats TM so poorly, then why did you stay for 15 years? And like Hardlinesmaster asked you in another reply, what is your position at spot?
I agree! One of the examples was from when the person was employed by Target 9 years ago, another 7 years ago. Although the article was posted on 10/19 their examples were VERY outdated.
