Hey guys! I'm a food team leader in a store that doesn't really seem to notice or care about food safety. I am consistently finding Team Members having water bottles, drinks, food on the sales floor. All over. Ambient room, Starbucks, fitting room, electronics, backroom, hell i even noticed...

I have no idea what our vmtl does. They never answer guest calls, or back up at the lanes. And they don't have a weekend rotation. They are mon-fri. I usually see them in home decor. But sometimes they are in soft lines.

I have. They takes the problems he creates(i.e. The scheduling with no break coverage) and says to do whatever I wanted fix it. And then reminds me he wants to be in bux as little as possible.

My ETL GE told me today that my store will no longer have an opening LOD. If you are an ETL or Senior and you are in the building you are LOD no matter how many other "LODs" there are, and responsible for any LOD related calls/tasks that pertain to your department. Any other store doing this?

Not many follow dress code at my store. We have a team Lead who wears a whitish with a few pieces of red plaid shirt everyday. It's super common to see tm's wearing red hoodies with random tshirts underneath. No name tags. I've never seen my ETL hr wear name tags.

What is happening at target. It's all leaner, meaner, tighter. Do more more more. With less less less.
