To that one GSA who's been there for under a year and starts to boss me around saying I don't know how to do my job, which is the same job I've been working at for almost three years now. I get that these newbs are on a Power Fix but seriously with power comes responsibility. Not to mention how...

To that one guest who starts yelling at the person over at Guest Service and I because we don't price match our brand of milk for other store's. And to top it off I said "Don't have a cow over it." Oops.

To that one GSTL, thank you putting your trust in me and knowing that I can easily jump workcenters without any problems. Thanks for giving me the chance to keep up on Food Avenue and making it difficult for Steritech to get us with something! Also just gonna ask but what's PA?

To that one cashier, stop announcing REDcard conversions in front of the guests, every five minutes. It drives them up a wall and makes us look like that's all we care about. Also it's kinda rude to flaunt it with the person who just signed up right there.

Avid Whistler While Shopping. There's always been this one guest who comes in and whistles throughout the entire store. Yes, I'm fine when people whistle for short periods but this guy will whistle upon arrival and won't stop even when he leaves. It's just enough to drive me up a wall, because...

I feel like in our town there would be numerous cases of stealing drugs because apparently meth labs are booming as much as the teens popping children here. And that's just sad

I read a few of them, thought I'd share and say what I thought. Guest: "Move pharmacy closer to door." Me: "Why, so you don't have to walk so far to steal drugs?" Guest: "Make larger clothes sizes." Me: "Go lose a few pounds, you're probably too fat anyways." Guest: "More sales!" Me: "Go...

To that one team member who thinks they know everything and tries to tell the GSTL, how to do their job. Or tries to tell other cashiers who have clearly been there longer than they have how to do their job.

Well my experiences at Food Ave are always a hoot. Icee syrup blows up in my face. Smoothie machine blows up a week later. Two months later the soda machine leaks water like crazy. Anyone have any Food Avenue stories?

I feel like at our store, everyone just throws the QMOS at guest services. I've easily learned to QMOS, but just out of curiousity is it possible to reverse a QMOS action, like in Reverse Logistics for defects?

    To that one guest

Excellent question: QMOS is Quantity Mark Out of Stock, and generally we use that on foods left out of temperature. Basically QMOS is used mostly on foods, especially in P-Fresh Target stores. Defecting is done for the other things that isn't food. Generally we defect things that can be...
