When they had a successful sd , didn't they use to rotate them to shitty stores to improve them?

Can someone explain the full chain of command? I generally know it up to DTL, but what is higher then that? What is the ladder from TM all the way up to CEO?

Does anyone here know anything about this guy? He's the new GVP in my world and our DTL, business partners and STL are scared to death. We're hearing a lot of stories that must be exaggerated. I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone that knows anything about him.
