Hi I just started working for a Target DC and I still can’t figure out how to do “flex down” in the app. I work the 12hr , night shift so I’m not sure if that helps. But I went on the MyTime app and it’s all confusing. So can anyone that knows or uses the app can help me?

Is there a way to apply for OnDemand without having to go to the store? Online option? I live 30 min's away from my store and need to go OnDemand due to another job schedule issue that will be coming up.

I request a day off but when I looked on the schedule they added on for that day I don't get it why request for the day off if they are going to add me on to work anyway

At my store most open shifts are either 4 hours or 5-1/2 (with no lunch). IMHO a TM would rather take longer shift especially if is their day off anyway. Thoughts?
