Yes I also just made 15. $25 at 5 years, $50 at 10 years. $75 at 15, $100 at 20.

That's the correct amounts. When I received mine, they "grossed up" the amount to cover taxes so your net was the bonus face value.

I think the service reward amounts were created in the 1980s and haven't been changed in a long time. Still, they are deeply appreciated.
